DSF Member Benefits and Resources

These benefits are broken down below by their application to membership levels.

The DSF online education curriculum includes 34 online self-paced courses available for all members. New members will have these added to their membership within two weeks of joining the DSF. New members may also add these courses themselves by following the instructions on this page.

Use this form to register for a complimentary DSEG certification course as part of your DSF membership. End User members may pay a discounted amount to receive this benefit.

Go to https://mydsf.org/events/event_list.asp and find the event for which you wish to register. Log in to gain access to the event as a member and select the member ticket for $0. Then complete checkout.

Updating your directory profile is simple.  Log in at www.mydsf.org .  The next screen will allow you to edit your personal profile.

Profiles for the main company account for corporate members (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Advisory Council Sponsor) may be separate from individual accounts.  Please be sure to log into the Master Account profile to update the company information if you are in charge of this. Some people may be in charge of the Master Account and their own individual account.

The DSF unified graphic identity strengthens the organization's name and image via a distinctive mark applied consistently throughout all of our events, resources, and activities.

Advisory Council members may request a copy of the DSF Advisory Council Member logo image by emailing a request to info@digitalsignagefederation.org 

New members may use this interview form to help us highlight your company to others in our community. Please consider filling this out and the DSF will publish these on our website if you allow. This is a good way to highlight your company to a broader audience. Discretion on when these will be used or posted is with the DSF Membership Committee.

Please use this update form to update your Digiscape listing preference. Digiscape categories are limited by membership level (Silver and Gold -1 category, Platinum -2 categories, AC -3 categories). We can accept logos in any format as long as the image dimensions are larger than 480 pixels in the smallest direction. Vector formats like EPS, PDF, SVG and AI are preferred. PNG or JPG are also acceptable. Logos should be cropped tightly to best fit our layout, using minimal safe area or padding. Use your full color logo instead of white, since our layout uses a white background. You may wish to remove any smaller taglines to maximize logo legibility in the Digiscape

Members may submit articles, posts, social media posts, and other content to the DSF to be published or promoted on our platforms. Communications Intake Form. Frequency and access are limited by membership level. Please refer to our membership benefits to determine your benefits.

If you would like to invite guests, you have a couple options:


Option 1 - you can ask them to register themselves. They need to go through the registration process at https://mydsf.org/events/event_list.asp as guest users (they will create a free profile first) and at the end of checkout use a code which we will provide (differs for each event).  This brings the price to zero.


Option 2 - you may add guests under your registration. You must be registered to use this option.

  1. Login to your DSF member portal (https://mydsf.org/login.aspx)
  2. From the drop-down menu where your name is, click on Account + Settings
  3. Click on Payments & History
  4. Click on Event Registrations
  5. Click on the pencil next to your registration
  6. Click the red NEXT button
  7. Click “save & add another attendee”
  8. Add attendee details and continue this process to add each attendee.

 

Please use the Speaker Interest Form to be considered for future speaking events hosted or managed by the DSF.

Each Corporate membership has a master account. This master account will receive the invoice during membership renewal and has the access to update the company profile. Each corporate master account has a company-specific URL that can be provided to colleagues to add themselves as members underneath the corporate membership.  This will allow them to register for events, access education and manage their own access.

To find this URL, the master account should go to the corporate profile and click the Information & Settings tab on the left.  Click on the first tab entitled "Sub-accounts".  Copy the "Your Sub-accounts Direct Link" and provide that link to colleagues.
