The company - which previously launched CreateAI for content creation and CurateAI for content tagging & optimization - will demonstrate to ISE attendees its new ConciergeAI for space booking, the first feature of CommandAI for device management, as well as new contextual editing capabilities within CreateAI.

Korbyt’s 5CAI agent suite empowers workplace experience teams to automate critical communication and space management tasks to reduce manual effort, accelerate execution, and allow non-technical teams to deliver better output, faster. The result is a more agile workplace that works smarter, not harder.

“Great workplace and customer experiences happen when technology works quietly in the background,” said Travis Kemp, VP of Product Management at Korbyt. “With our expanded 5CAI agent suite, we’re helping organizations create more responsive, personalized environments that foster deeper employee engagement and enhance customer experiences - without burdening IT or facilities teams that are already stretched thin.”

Korbyt will demonstrate the two new AI agents - ConciergeAI and CommandAI - as well as new contextual editing capabilities of its existing CreateAI agent at ISE at stand 4B530:

ConciergeAI is a native, Outlook-based conversational AI assistant that eliminates the friction of booking traditional room, desk, and work spaces by meeting users where they already work. More than a chatbot, ConciergeAI not only understands natural language, but also remembers individual preferences, and coordinates bookings across teams to make hybrid work seamless. By proactively sending reminders and handling reservations in seconds directly within Outlook, it reduces booking time by up to 75%, while eliminating unnecessary steps and scheduling headaches.

CommandAI is designed to offer a suite of advanced device management tools, with Screen Detective launching as its first feature. It leverages machine learning, advanced telemetry, and auto-recovery to deliver reliable, consistent screen performance at scale. By continuously monitoring what’s really happening on every display, it automatically detects and resolves common issues like black screens, frozen content, and device failures before they disrupt communications. Smarter alerts, proactive issue resolution, and future-ready device compatibility help teams stay ahead of problems, reduce manual intervention, and keep critical messaging running 24/7 without constant oversight.

CreateAI, first introduced in June 2025 at the InfoComm tradeshow in Orlando, now features new contextual editing capabilities, enabling teams to edit and transform images instantly to produce faster, brand-aligned creative assets without ever leaving the platform. With flexible, AI-powered image editing built directly into the Korbyt platform, users can refine visuals in context, maintain campaign consistency, and move through design cycles more efficiently without juggling external tools or increasing costs. Built-in version history and detailed change logs make every update smart, reusable, and fully auditable, ensuring creative work is faster, more accountable, and always aligned with brand standards.

Korbyt’s suite of 5CAI agents is available via the Korbyt Anywhere digital signage and workplace experience platform.
Red Dot Digital Media & AIM Sports Launch Interactive Vertical Jump System

Red Dot Digital Media & AIM Sports Launch Interactive Vertical Jump System

December 9, 2025 – Carlsbad, CA – Red Dot Digital Media, a leading specialty integrator in the digital signage space, recently collaborated with AIM Sports Group to design and deliver an innovative interactive vertical jump system that captures verified player measurables and integrates them into AIM’s Sports Group newly launched AIM+ digital platform.

AIM+ leverages AI to provide advanced analytics, and this activation gave athletes and spectators
a gamified way to engage with the technology. The system made its debut at the SoCal Cup Showcase, AIM’s Sports Group national boys volleyball tournaments, where athletes could measure their vertical jump, view live leaderboards and even compare themselves to well-known professional athletes. Each jump was logged into AIM+, automatically updating the player’s digital profile with fresh stats and tournament highlights.

A New Vision for Measuring Vertical Jump
AIM Sports Group has built a reputation for pushing the boundaries of youth sports, and the launch of
AIM+ created the opportunity to integrate real-time performance data into a digital-first experience. The challenge was to design a system that would elevate the tournament atmosphere while driving
athlete engagement and showcasing AIM+ as an innovative, tech-forward platform to modernize a form of manual sports measurement.

For the past 30 years, the Vertec system had been widely used to measure athletes’ vertical jump. While the pole-and-plastic-vane system is accurate and ubiquitous within the sports community, tech-enabled
systems using lasers and other forms of measurement have struggled to gain widespread adoption.

AIM+ marks an important step forward in bringing technology into the vertical jump measurement
process with greater accuracy, interactivity and engagement than ever before. The AIM+ development timeline, however, was tight. Red Dot had less than a month to design, build and test the system. There was also no existing blueprint for a comparable activation, meaning the team was essentially creating a new category of interactive measurement from scratch. Finally, the solution had to be cost-conscious, safe and robust enough to stand up to heavy use by athletes over the course of the event.

“With no existing blueprint for this type of digital-forward solution, Red Dot Digital Media embraced the challenge and delivered beyond our expectations,” said John Gallegos, Founder & CEO of AIM Sports Group. “This project redefined how we capture performance metrics for AIM+ and created an engaging experience for our athletes and attendees. The level of innovation and execution drove unprecedented engagement, and it’s helping us think bigger about what’s possible for the future of youth sports.”

Bringing the Concept to Life
Red Dot engineered a custom-built vertical jump meter anchored by a 55-inch interactive touch display mounted on a truss-style stand. Before each attempt, an attendant entered the athlete’s information and standing reach into an iPad interface, which connected wirelessly to a BrightSign media player powering the system. When the athlete jumped and tapped the screen, the system instantly calculated and displayed their vertical leap with a dynamic graphic. Immediately following each jump, the display transitioned to a live leaderboard that highlighted the athlete’s score and showed their ranking within their age division. If their performance landed them in the top ten, their name appeared on the board until displaced by higher scores.

To inspire participants further, the leaderboard also featured vertical jump statistics from famous athletes, giving players a tangible benchmark to compare themselves against. When not in use, the system runs in a standby mode that cycles through sponsor content and promotional videos. The display is also pre-programmed with contextual icons for different sports, such as men’s and women’s volleyball net heights and a basketball rim, helping athletes better visualize their jump results.

To support AIM’s Sports Group digital vision, the system logs each participant’s results and uploads them to AIM+, allowing players to access their data long after the event. The design incorporated practical branding and usability elements, including a custom wrap around the truss to promote AIM Sports Group, while serving as a static measuring tool for athletes to gauge their standing reach.

A Partnership Built on Vision, Delivering Measurable Results
For AIM Sports Group, the challenge was not only finding a partner capable of executing the technical vision but also one that could truly understand the concept. Few vendors had the imagination or expertise to approach something so new.

Red Dot embraced the challenge, leveraging its custom-build approach and industry knowledge to bring the idea to life. President Darryl Kuder’s volleyball background proved invaluable, adding a layer of insight that shaped design choices and ensured the system resonated with athletes and coaches alike.

The impact was immediate. AIM Sports Group exceeded its AIM+ sign-up goal by 184%, fueled by nonstop lines of athletes eager to measure their vertical jumps and see their names on the leaderboard. The activation became one of the highlights of the SoCal Cup Showcase, proving that a digital-first measurement tool could drive engagement, generate valuable data and reinforce AIM’s Sports Group reputation as a leader in sports innovation. Beyond its measurable success, the project delivered a powerful proof of concept, showing that gamified, tech-enabled experiences can fundamentally change how performance metrics are captured and shared in youth sports.

For more information about Red Dot’s full range of content management and specialty integrator services, visit www.reddotdm.com.

About Red Dot Digital Media
Established in 2007, Red Dot Digital Media is a leading digital signage specialty integrator focused on global digital signage deployments, content design, programming and CMS integration.

ScreenCloud Recognized for Most Innovative Project at
European Software Testing Awards for AI-Powered Quality
Assurance Platform

London, UK – 25th November 2025 – ScreenCloud, a leader in digital signage software,
has been awarded a Highly Commended designation for "Most Innovative Project" at the
prestigious European Software Testing Awards, held in London on November 18th 2025.

This recognition celebrates ScreenCloud’s groundbreaking internal initiative to build an
advanced, AI-powered Quality Assurance (QA) assistant and visual test management
platform, designed to significantly elevate efficiency, visibility, and product reliability across
its diverse software ecosystem.

Mark McDermott, CEO of ScreenCloud, commented on the achievement: “Winning this
recognition for 'Most Innovative Project' is a brilliant moment for the team and a win that
feels well deserved. The team took a bold idea - to use AI to make test planning smarter,
connect results across environments, and make our automation coverage easier to
understand - and turned it into a platform that genuinely improves how we build and ship
products. If this is what happens when talented people get space to explore what’s possible
with AI, I’m very optimistic about what comes next."

Ambitious Innovation in Quality Assurance
The internal project, built by the Belfast based team of ScreenCloud’s multinational setup,
was a multi-faceted approach to tackling efficiency and visibility issues across ScreenCloud’s
various apps, codebases, and development tools.

Belfast based Chris Scullion, Senior QA Engineer, provided an overview of the platform: “It
was a combination of a few things. We built an internal AI-powered QA assistant alongside a
visual test management dashboard to tackle the visibility and efficiency issues we were
running into across all our apps. The AI assistant takes in context, analyses the screenshots
we upload, and generates test plans, structured test cases, and even automation tests,
helping us work more efficiently and cover as many areas as possible.
”
The second key component of the project leverages ScreenCloud’s core product:
● Real-time QA Visibility: A full QA reporting suite feeds into custom dashboards.
● Instant Team Alignment: This data is pushed directly to ScreenCloud screens
across the network of offices, giving both QA and development teams instant, live
visibility into test run results and failures after each deployment.
●Strategic Planning: The team is also planning to use the system for long-term trend
analysis to highlight areas needing more QA coverage or where development may be
producing more bugs.

The system has already demonstrated its value by catching significant regressions
during staging, preventing issues from ever reaching production. By strengthening
collaboration between QA and development, the platform supports ScreenCloud’s
mission to deliver a highly reliable, world-class screen management experience.
ScreenCloud proudly recognizes the team behind this ambitious project: Jonathan Price,
Chris Scullion, Peter Meehan, and Kant Singsri—whose creativity, technical expertise,
and collaborative spirit made this innovation possible.

This latest award comes on the back of an award studded 2025 for the company, with
ScreenCloud’s Customer Support team being recognized for their excellence at the CCNNI
Awards, and being named the Technology & Digital Winner at the first-ever Great British
Industry Awards.

About ScreenCloud
ScreenCloud is a software-as-a-service company that creates connected workforces across 10,000+ organizations. SNA Displays provided 15,000 square feet of LED display technology for the improvements, including multiple videoboards at each end zone and LED ribbons throughout the stadium. Home to the Big Ten powerhouse’s football program since 1923, MSU’s 75,000-seat stadium is one of the most-attended football venues in the NCAA.
Technology consultant Anthony James Partners (AJP) provided design, procurement, and construction administration services, supporting the university throughout the process of selecting SNA Displays’ 10 mm EMPIRE™ Exterior line of LED video display technology for the project.

“After partnering with AJP and Michigan State to upgrade the Breslin Center, we were thrilled for the opportunity to do the same for one of college football’s premier venues,” said Barbara Barry, director of sports and live events at SNA Displays. “The new video display systems at the historic Spartan Stadium create an electrifying experience for MSU fans while also providing key revenue opportunities.”

For the new fan experience at Spartan Stadium, SNA Displays retrofitted the primary videoboard behind the south end zone, twin videoboards and a monster fascia display at the stadium’s north end, and several field-level LED ribbons while also making further improvements to the athletic program’s content management and broadcast capabilities.

In addition to improved clarity with a higher resolution, the size of the south end zone board was increased by approximately 1,000 square feet. The new videoboard measures 47’ tall x 132’ wide (1,440 x 4,032 pixels) for a total surface area of 6,250 square feet.
Behind the north end zone, the new-and-improved Monster Ribbon Board is a 10-foot-tall, curved video screen that runs 450 feet (912 x 2,880), connecting two more video scoreboards at the northeast and northwest corners of the stadium. Each of the north end videoboards is 31'6” x 52’6” (960 x 1,600).
The overhaul also included three field-level displays: a 5'6" x 94'6" (168 x 2,880) LED ribbon at the south end and two 3'11" x 38'10" (120 x 1,184) at the north end.
In addition to fabricating new Spartans logos and LED-illuminated channel lettering for the new signs, Eastern Sign Tech provided demolition and installation services.
“Like every project, there were challenges along the way, but the upgrades were ready in time for opening day,” said Jeremy Lomax, senior project manager at AJP. “We’re very pleased with how the project turned out and are always proud to partner with MSU. SNA Displays did a great job managing the installation, and their team was consistently well-prepared and on top of the project.”

Between the digital signage enhancements at Spartans’ football and basketball venues over the last few years, the athletics program has significantly upgraded its broadcast and content management capabilities, including adding a centralized broadcast production facility. The new broadcast facility enables 1080p delivery to the Breslin Center, Spartan Stadium, and Munn Ice Arena, dramatically improving video quality and operational flexibility across all venues.
“Scalability considerations during the planning stages of the Spartans’ broadcast facility was paramount given the fact that future venue enhancements would use the same frame,” said Stew Ives, vice president of products and solutions for SNA Displays. “Working with AJP and Michigan State, we were able to support legacy technology while transitioning to new systems, ensure the backend system had the capacity for future upgrades, and then ultimately fulfill that capacity with state-of-the-art technology. Our solutions architects specified a CMS that maximizes broadcast capability and makes for a very efficient I/O count.”
For more information, visit SNA Displays’ Spartan Stadium portfolio page.
About SNA Displays
SNA Displays is a leading LED video display manufacturer across several market sectors including sports and live-event venues, out-of-home (OOH), commercial real estate, retail environments, museums and commissioned digital art, workplaces, new construction, and many others. height: 334px;" />

When discussing his selection of display technology, Braff noted, “I love the quality of Sony’s camera technology and from my perspective, Sony makes the best displays out there. And the quality between the cameras and displays is consistent.”

He added, “I appreciated the display’s HDR and HDR10 capabilities, which we found to be true HDR and superior to other displays when we were in the specification phase. The HDR settings and calibrations can easily be stored on a USB drive and copied onto other displays, which makes installation easier for our partners and customers. In addition, the displays are built like tanks so we’re confident in using them and know they’re reliable. You can set them and forget them.”

With recessed, “InWall” options and mounted “OnWall” choices, as well as a selection of trims, screen quantities, orientations, and various content selections, the virtual windows are dynamic and can be customized to align with a specific aesthetic to provide a tailored look or experience and to match a user’s existing windows. This is another reason why Sony’s Professional BRAVIAs were a good match for LiquidView. The displays are available in a number of different sizes and can be portrait mounted, which allows flexibility in accommodating the diverse needs of a project.

The windows, which employ displays using Sony’s unique Deep Black Non-Glare treatment for anti-glare and low reflection, are then outfitted with tempered glass for customers who want to mimic the slight reflection a window typically provides. Doing so is one of the ingredients that tricks the user’s brain into perceiving their Digital Windows as an actual glimpse outside.

Additionally, views from around the world are captured on Sony’s VENICE 2 full-frame digital cinema camera in 8K during shoots taking over 30 hours. The content is edited into a 24-hour loop where color correction and stereo sound design are added. On location, over 60TB of storage is needed to record the ultra-high quality content. The content is stored locally on a media player where patented software synchronizes the content with the location the window is installed and date and time of day. This ensures sunrise, sunset, and everything in between are precise and match circadian rhythms. By delivering a true and accurate sensory experience, LiquidView’s virtual windows deliver real health benefits and are much more than just eye-candy.

According to research conducted by Stanford University, participants exposed to LiquidView’s Digital Windows experienced a measurable change in their physiological and emotional state, indicating that the windows have the potential to induce relaxation and provide similar benefits to those experienced when exposed to a traditional window. According to one of the study’s principal researchers, Jamie Zeitzer, Ph.D., Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University, “The initial results suggest that exposure to LiquidView Digital Windows improves mental health and well being.”

Because the windows run large volumes of content all day long, choosing a display that offered around-the-clock reliability was a key selling point. Bill Hofmann, Chief Technology Officer for LiquidView, explained, “In addition to top-notch quality, Sony remains dedicated to the professional market, as well as the consumer market. That is a very important distinction because LiquidView’s windows are designed for installation in both homes and offices. For our use case, the windows need to work 24/7, and Sony’s professional displays are among the few on the market that offer 24/7 support, so this was a critical benefit. Also, very important to us is the remote manageability of the displays.”

Another aspect that provided the team with peace of mind was the pro BRAVIA’s strong warranty policy. Braff called Sony’s 5-year warranty “a really big deal” and indicated it made everyone feel “comfortable and safe knowing Sony will stand behind the product for five years.”

In addition to five-year warranties, the Sony professional BRAVIA displays also take advantage of a beneficial Advanced Replacement Program, which allows eligible displays under warranty to be exchanged, rather than repaired, in the unlikely event of damage or defects. This minimizes any potential downtime and ensures optimal performance.

For a project heavily focused on imagery, seeing the nuances of a picture is of the utmost importance. Sony’s professional BRAVIA displays feature processing technology that showcases fine detail. Braff reinforced this point. “The level of detail on Sony’s displays is amazing. For example, we have footage of a beach in Nice. You could see the details down to the sunglasses people are wearing and their bathing suit design because the resolution and quality are so high.”

One particular installation that Braff discussed was LiquidView’s work with The Inspired Community Project® (TICP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research organization in the Bronx that builds a more equitable, inclusive, and accessible system of care for neurodivergent children – particularly those from historically underserved Black, Latinx, and low-income communities. TICP operates New York State’s first behavioral therapy daycare model: a full-day, trauma-assumed, neurodiversity-affirming program designed for children who are often excluded from traditional therapy or childcare settings.

As the organization was looking to develop a new space in the footprint of an old, windowless drugstore, they happened upon LiquidView’s Digital Windows on Instagram and knew they would be a perfect way to create the feeling that each classroom had an open window and view, which would positively impact the students and staff. The digital windows bring the outside inside, and this has tangible benefits for the students and staff. Braff explained, “We were able to transform The Inspired Community Project’s windowless school into a stimulating space with the sounds and views of calming scenes, such as being by the ocean. This allowed them to lease a less expensive windowless property and get similar benefits to a property that had beautiful views, and was something this life- changing non-profit could afford.”

Jill Moses, Founder & CEO of TICP, added, “The LiquidView Windows in our classrooms have been an incredible asset. These immersive visuals help us transform our therapy spaces into calming, engaging environments that promote emotional regulation and reduce sensory overload for the children we serve. Our kids may not have access to safe, scenic spaces outside of our center, so this visual connection to the natural world is more than just aesthetic—it’s therapeutic.”

As LiquidView’s client list and use cases expand, they value their evolving relationship with Sony, as well as the ways in which the technology can grow to meet adapting needs. Hofmann said, “The level of support Sony provides, from pre-sales to sales support, has been really helpful in developing and refining our product as we move forward.” Braff added, “And with the APIs available, we can continue to make changes into the future, including instant remote support and streamlined color adjustments.”

https://pro.sony/ue_US/press/liquidview-pro-bravia-case-study

Participants had the opportunity to interact directly with manufacturers, ask in-depth questions, and see product demonstrations up close. “I try to impress on attendees not to get caught up in all the shiny objects on the show floor,” said Fleuranges. “Instead, I urge them to focus on finding solutions that are within their scope and budget.” There were 8 stops on each day of the tours, which lasted approximately 90 minutes. The personalized approach made complex technologies more accessible, especially for end users and integrators looking for practical applications. “The one thing we don’t do however is tell people which vendor to work with,” added Fleuranges.

<span style="font-size: 11pt; Since its rollout in January 2025, the solution has helped increase the visibility and effectiveness of internal campaigns, while also enhancing employee engagement and productivity.

“Gaining Exertis — a key distribution partner of ours — as a customer is a huge vote of confidence,” said Frank Larsen, Chief Commercial Officer at Signagelive.
“The Exertis team has deep insight into the CMS landscape, so for
them to select us over other platforms is a real endorsement of the strength and scalability of our solution.”

Streamlined Content Management for a Growing Enterprise

Previously, all content updates had to be made manually by a single team member — an inefficient process that created bottlenecks and limited campaign agility.

The switch to Signagelive has smoothed workflows and significantly increased the speed of content delivery. Updates can now be made remotely, instantly, and securely by multiple authorised team members using enterprise features such as Granular User Permissions (GUP).

Signagelive’s digital signage software has become a central resource for Exertis’ internal communications. From one unified platform, the Exertis team can now inclusively share a variety of departmental news and support, as well as streamline day-to-day office operations.

The latest marketing and promotional campaigns are now impactfully displayed in real-time, immersing staff in all the most important, need-to-know customer on-boarding news and product launches. HR initiatives, like Exertis’ “Brightest Stars” employee recognition scheme are also easy to share and promote, helping to engage and motivate staff.

Furthermore, Exertis can foster an inclusive and supportive work culture through the big-screen display of mental health initiatives and infotainment, which bonds teams and encourages staff to take short breaks.

Easy to deploy and manage, Signagelive’s CMS was fully implemented within a single day, requiring no ongoing technical oversight.
