InfoComm 2025 once again positioned itself as a hub for innovation, networking, and cutting-edge technology—and the Digital Signage Show Floor Tours stood out as one of the most engaging highlights of the show. Well, at least for us, and we may be biased. Designed to provide attendees with an immersive look at the latest developments in display technology, content management, interactivity, and audience engagement, the tours offered a curated experience through the bustling show floor. Organized by the Digital Signage Federation (DSF) in partnership with AVIXA, the Digital Signage Show Floor Tours were tailored to appeal to both seasoned professionals and newcomers seeking to better understand how digital signage is reshaping communications across verticals in retail, transportation, food service, wayfinding, education, healthcare, and corporate environments.
Guided by Experts Each tour was led by former DSF Vice Chairman and now Ambassador at Large Paul Fleuranges, a seasoned end user who provided not only technical insight but also context about the market trends driving innovation. Participants had the opportunity to interact directly with manufacturers, ask in-depth questions, and see product demonstrations up close. “I try to impress on attendees not to get caught up in all the shiny objects on the show floor,” said Fleuranges. “Instead, I urge them to focus on finding solutions that are within their scope and budget.” There were 8 stops on each day of the tours, which lasted approximately 90 minutes. The personalized approach made complex technologies more accessible, especially for end users and integrators looking for practical applications. “The one thing we don’t do however is tell people which vendor to work with,” added Fleuranges.
Key Highlights This year’s tours showcased: Ultra-High-Definition LED Walls – Vendors presented seamless displays with enhanced color accuracy and reduced pixel pitch, demonstrating the power of large-scale visual storytelling. AI-Powered Content Management Systems – Several exhibitors we visited demonstrated intelligent platforms that adapt content based on audience demographics, time of day, or environmental conditions. CMS Dashboards- Tour participants imagined the productivity and efficiency gained through effective dashboards in managing their digital networks and content, a pain point for some who didn’t currently have robust reporting or management interfaces. Interactive and Custom Sized Displays – Touch and touchless interactivity remained a popular feature for many of the attendees looking to create experiences, not just convey messaging or push content. Custom sized displays were also more prevalent on the tour and the attendees liked the thought leadership of more customizable arrays. Sustainability-Focused Solutions – Many booths highlighted energy-efficient displays and eco-friendly hardware, reflecting a growing commitment to responsible design. Solutions like e-paper were popular with those participating in the tours. Ecosystem Partnerships- Exhibitors visited by the tour showcased how they work within the industry to collaborate on solutions. While it may be overwhelming, knowing that most all of the providers already work hand-in-hand with other companies within the industry was reassuring.

Participant Feedback Beyond technology, the tours offered valuable networking opportunities. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. Many praised the structured format, expert guidance, and diversity of exhibitors. “The Digital Signage Tour helped me navigate the show with purpose,” said one attendee. “I left with actionable ideas I can take back to my company immediately.” Whether you’re an integrator looking to keep up with the latest trends, an internal communication manager looking for a dynamic solution, a content manager seeking new tools, or a brand strategist aiming to captivate audiences, the Digital Signage Tours at InfoComm offered a front-row seat to the future of visual communication.
