About This Position:
The Account Supervisor is an integral part of the Digital Signage Account Team driving the execution of digital experience initiatives for Adrenaline clients. You are the face of the client internally and the voice of the Adrenaline to the client. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while maintaining effective communication with clients, internal Adrenaline team members, and partners. Reporting to the Group Account Director, the Account Supervisor works with a cross-functional team which includes Project Managers, Creative, Technical Operations, Adrenaline leadership and outside partners.
Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage strong client relationships while driving effective delivery of Adrenaline’s Digital Signage services
- Form effective business partnerships with assigned clients while providing proactive solutions, project oversight, ongoing consultative support, and problem resolution
- Serve as the clients’ trusted advisor, helping them realize value from Adrenaline services and ensuring a positive relationship experience
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other Adrenaline teams toward fulfillment of client expectations and contractual requirements
- Oversee digital service delivery for assigned accounts and provide direction and support for operational colleagues
- Develop, maintain, and manage strong client relationships while driving effective delivery of Adrenaline’s Digital Signage services
Responsibilities
- Manage contract compliance, negotiation, and renewals
- Develop and deliver solution proposals and lead quarterly business reviews with clients
- Work with the Group Account Director to identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Manage the financial performance and required operational reporting for assigned accounts
- Work closely with Project Management to coordinate the schedule of client deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Routinely engage with Technical Operations team to ensure day-to-day activities align with client expectations and required services delivery.
- Assist with operational issues as needed and serve as point of escalation for problem resolution
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years relevant client relationship/account management experience in digital signage, creative services or technology managed-services firm
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus
- Demonstrated track record of developing successful client relationships at multiple levels
- Exceptional communicator and strong presenter
- Professional demeanor with unwavering integrity and commitment to client satisfaction
- Self-Motivated, achievement-oriented with superior planning and time management skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients
- Independent, organized, and self-sufficient; able to work effectively from a remote office environment.
- Team player with proven ability to collaborate and work successfully with strong personality types and with a wide range of personnel within the organization
- Proven self-starter with ability to successfully work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong competency with standard business software applications (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
