From Brant Eckett, Esprit Digital
Last Thursday Esprit Digital in Stevenage, UK were honoured with a visit from the county’s Lord Lieutenant, Robert Voss CBE, CstJ.
Following a tour of Esprit Digital’s demonstration facilities and factory, the Lord Lieutenant officially presented Esprit Digital Ltd with the King’s Award for International Trade.
The Lord Lieutenant shared with us that Hertfordshire’s businesses have been the recipients of more awards than Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland combined.
The UK hosts 6.5 million registered companies, of those who made a submission, only 252 won a King’s Award. Just 20 companies have won both a King’s and Queens Award, Esprit Digital being one of them.
Founders Peter Livesey and James Brenner dedicated the award to Esprit Digital’s team and thanked them for their hard work and commitment in helping to secure the awards.
