Following a very successful DSE show in Las Vegas, show management has listened to the feedback from customers, attendees, vendors and the Las Vegas Convention Center and decided to move the dates for the 2023 event.
Despite being a week earlier than the Formula 1 event, show organizer Questex heard from the community on-site that the DSE 2023 original dates are causing concerns about availability of hotels, cost of travel, and potential labor shortages.
As a result, Questex has moved the dates further away from the Formula 1 event to ensure everybody has the best possible experience and successful DSE event.
Original dates were:
Expo: November 13-14, 2023
The new show dates are as follows:
Expo: December 4 – 5, 2023
Move in: December 1 – December 3
Move-out: December 6 – 7
The new dates are just three weeks later. The Monday-Tuesday exhibit hall pattern will be kept as previously announced, with a full day of conference on Sunday. The show will also take place in the new West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
For exhibitors, the floor plan for the West Hall will be redrawn and Questex’s sales team will be available to discuss booth locations in the West Hall. If you already signed a contract, your existing signed contract is still valid, so no action is required on your side to update the contract. We here at the DSF are looking forward to seeing you at DSE in 2023. The DSF Board of Directors will be considering new dates for the Mexico City event that has been in planning stages for December 7-8, 2023.
