The DSF was on-hand at the Port Authority Midtown Bus Terminal in Manhattan as it unveiled a new Oonee Pod secured bike parking pod. The sleek pod will provide bicycle storage at no cost to cyclists on a reservation-based, first-come, first-served basis. The pods feature security cameras, secure door accessed via mobile app, interior and exterior lighting, and theft insurance.
Sitting on top of the units are two AOTO 2.5mm 1152 x 576 resolution LED screens. Size wise they’re 9ft by 5ft each. The screens, which face onto 42nd St will display DOOH ads sold by Pivot Media Ventures, and Port Authority messaging to commuters and passersby.
