Each member company may vote for FOUR (4) candidates only for the 4 open at-large slots. Voting is only for individual members or employees of member companies. Voting ballots are allotted as follows:

- Silver, Gold and Platinum Members may have two people vote
- Sponsor Members may have 5 people vote

Tony utilizes over 15+ years of experience in the AV/Digital Signage industry and operations management to lead Snap's sales department in customizing nationwide service solutions. He is committed to building strong relationships with our partners, our people and our technicians by staying educated on industry progression. Since 2016, Tony has been an active member of the Digital Signage Federation; including participation on the Education Committee and as an elected board member starting in 2022 where he currently co-chairs the Membership Committee. In 2023, Tony received the 40 Influencers Under 40 award through Commercial Integrator and actively participates in live educational courses through the DSF, rAVe and AVIXA (D=Sign) organizations.
Kristin Roubie, DSCE is an experienced solutions sales and marketing professional with a history of helping clients use the latest interactive technologies to inspire better brand experiences and productive work environments. With 20 years’ experience in digital signage and the ProAV industry, Kristin is working as Elo’s Director of Business Development growing Elo’s presence within the ProAV, Digital Signage, and Mobility specialties by connecting with new partners, resellers and industry thought leaders.
Jeffrey started his career in finance and moved into tech early 2010. Now with over 13 years of experience, he is responsible for strategy and growth at Navori Labs, a global software engineering company that is leading the industry for digital signage software and AI computer vision technologies. Navori is recognized as a pioneer in this market for the past 25 years and is consistently setting new benchmarks for the industry.
IV Dickson is Chief Innovation Officer for SageNet, a leading provider of customer experience technology and connectivity managed solutions to the nation’s leading retailers, restaurant and c-stores. With more than 20 years of experience creating, deploying, managing and optimizing business objective-driven consumer engagement technologies, Dickson has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the customer digital journey and the in-store/in-restaurant Phygital experience.
With over 15 years of leadership experience, Kiersten has been instrumental at REACH in building and evolving long-term, successful partnerships with clients, integrators, manufacturers, and software partners and has helped advance REACH’s customer success, marketing and sales strategies over the years. In addition, Kiersten is responsible for leading demand generation at REACH and all aspects of the sales and customer success lifecycles, along with managing our Sales and Marketing Teams. Prior to REACH, Kiersten was responsible for leading store processes and team members as an Executive Lead at Target. Outside of work, Kiersten enjoys cycling and traveling to new destinations. Kiersten is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
In addition, Kiersten has also been a part of the DSF community over the past several years and has experience in serving and contributing to the DSF on multiple committees, including both marketing and membership committees, along with being both an AC Member and corporate sponsor since 2017. She has successfully added value in driving consistency and collaborations on initiatives producing positive results, as well as implemented new ideas to help streamline marketing and growth efforts to help maximize our current member benefits. Additionally, she has evolved as a thought leader within the industry and community participating in events, panels, etc. with other industry experts, along with invited to volunteer to assist with other DSF initiatives and collaborations with other committees to help drive their goals.
Based near Atlanta Georgia, Jay works with Sony’s Product Planning organization to identify, qualify and on-board software solution providers to enhance commercial offerings, helping Sony’s Professional Sales teams drive market growth. His program establishes each potential partner with a QA device and access to Sony’s Software engineering team to ensure consistency of experience and an ongoing feedback loop to drive product feature enhancements. Prior to joining Sony Electronics Corp., Jay worked for AV Systems Integratiors focused on delivering Managed Services for Digital Signage network operations, Content Management & Production services, IPTV platforms and Remote Device Monitoring & Management solutions. Jay has deep expertise in Retail operations, having worked for and with Global retailers throughout much of his career.
A graduate of The University of Georgia, Jay began his career in the retail sector directing execution of merchandising and store planning initiatives for companies such as Macy’s, IKEA and The Home Depot. He later leveraged his experience in the retail industry to drive client acquisition for companies such as Diversified, Convergent Media Systems, Intelligent Loss Prevention, Siffron and Boston Group. Through his background in developing Point-of-Purchase merchandising displays, Jay built numerous solutions focused on meeting branding, experiential and operational needs for retailers through connected digital experiences. Jay’s focus continues to be partner-centric, now focused on building solutions eco-systems to broaden compatibility and elevate the value-proposition of Sony’s ProBRAVIA line of product.
In his personal time, Jay enjoys travel, live music, golf, kayaking, fishing, Braves Baseball, Georgia Football and outdoor activities with his wife, son and 2 Labrador Retrievers.
